What Happened
Our last drop was massive. The 6/17 Living Soil preorder combined with the Toro Glass collab created a volume spike that pushed our fulfillment beyond capacity. Orders that normally ship same day were taking 2-3 business days. That's not acceptable by our standards, and we know it's not acceptable by yours.
What We Did
We brought on additional fulfillment staff, extended our packing hours, and restructured our shipping workflow. Every single pending order has been shipped. The backlog is cleared. Zero orders waiting.
